The key task of the application is to increase the efficiency of work with the land bank in field conditions.

When it comes to the work of the specialists of the land service, it often happens outside the office. After all, they are always on the exit: They re-conclude agreements, agree on the exchange of land, visit the shareholders, record and update information, and participate in auctions.

When working in fields, employees are constantly faced with a situation of poor or unstable Internet connection, therefore the developed mobile application works also offline. Through the mobile application, it is possible to work not only with your sites but also with competitors’ pieces, for example, during the exchange you can view the rent data and the validity period of the right to use the piece if these data were entered through the web version.

Different map presentation options (satellite, location, usual, and hybrid) and, of course, the Cadastre layer, which displays data from the public cadastre map, are available. There are functions to route to a field or piece, to determine the location of the device, which will allow you to identify a piece in a field and sell basic information about it. If you need to make a check, users of the application can use a special tool – a line.

Special attention would be paid to the tag mechanism, which allows to view and set tags on the card through the mobile application, leave comments under them and add photos. Tags are synchronized between different devices and the web version of the program. This way you can notice the risk areas, seasonal obstacles, transfer photos of documents for making sites, etc. All tags are classified by types, and the tag guide is administered via the web version, i.e. the customer independently determines which types of tags will be used in the program, and for convenience of work, tags can be filtered both in the mobile application and in the web version.
