The demands and needs of small, medium and large agricultural businesses differ, due to different organizational structures, complex hierarchy, and management systems in large agricultural holdings.
Told the director of AgriChain Natalia Bogachev during AGROIT Forum 2020.
“Small business is owners who can independently control the performance of works, quality of technologies, condition of crops, look at spectral images and weather forecasts, make flying flights. Therefore, solutions for small businesses in the management sector do not need complicated it-products. Large and medium-sized businesses need more complex products that will be adapted to it and their business processes,” says Natalia Bohacheva.
According to her, on the example of the main customer AgriChain, agro-holding “Astarta-Kyiv”, clearly saw and appreciated the effect of products, especially regarding remote management of production processes – are the point of communication and the point of formation of tasks through mobile devices.
“This year we started to implement new products more actively and came into these processes very quickly. Most often these products are connected with remote management, warehouses, logistics, work, and over the last six months we have moved considerably because there was an incentive,” says Natalia Bogachev.
She stressed that AgriChain invites agro-producers to the constructive dialog, exchange of experience, and effective practices.
“We offer to combine AgriChain platforms, which will allow at all stages of the production process to plan and manage it qualitatively, control risks, thus increasing the efficiency of each particular producer, and also improve the system through consolidation of best practices and experience of all participants to increase the efficiency of the industry. In general,” summed up Natalia Bohacheva.
