AgriChain is a comprehensive multi-module IT platform for agribusiness management, which combines solutions to automate the main activities of agricultural production. The concept of the AgriChain solution is based on full integration with the 1C accounting system, data from various equipment (GPS trackers, DUTs, gas stations, trailer tags, RFID, data collection terminals, on-board computers, weather stations, soil moisture sensors, etc. .), satellite and meteorological data, which are consolidated into a single system for further analysis, processing and management decisions based on risk management.
Today, AgriChain consists of 6 modules, each of which fully covers the needs of a separate unit of the production chain, which are combined into a single WEB-application (authorization) – the user’s entry point. It is possible to use one or more modules, as well as combine them with third-party services.
We are looking for a Java Developer who understands the key directions in AgTech and is ready to develop in one of the fastest growing segments of the IT sector together with our team.
Functional responsibilities:
Develop, deploy and maintain AgriChain web applications
Design and choose the best solutions
Optimize and refactor code
Generate new ideas to improve the product
What we expect from the candidate:
Confident understanding of OOP principles
Understanding of microservice architecture
Understanding of different approaches to architecture
Understanding the principles of Event Sourcing
Understanding DDD
Understanding and application of CI / CD technologies
Important experience:
5+ years of development experience using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and other server technologies
Experience with Spring Cloud
Experience in writing REST services
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with MySQL (MariaDB), knowledge of database design and normalization principles
Experience in Agile / Scrum environment
TDD development experience
Development experience at Kotlin
Experience developing NodeJs applications
Experience in profiling and optimizing applications
Experience in decomposing business tasks, writing documentation
