15 000 TNT passed through AgriChain Logistics during pilot implementation

In the framework of the pilot project on the implementation of a single electronic good and transport waybill, more than 15 thousand eТТН for cargo transportation through the mobile application AgriChain Logistics and subsystem 1C were conducted. Told AgroTimes CEO of AgriChain Natalia Bogacheva.

According to her, the united management system AgriChain is a full cycle of agribusiness management with maximum process division and synchronization between all modules and subsystem in 1C.

The chain of it-modules now looks like this: Management of the land bank, management of the production program, management of the sowing monitoring, warehouse management, management of the logistics of the parts and products, business process designer, and consolidated analytical reports.

It module AgriChain Logistics (part logistics management and finished products from the field) was presented to the agricultural market in the summer of 2020.
It-solution is used during transportation of products from field to warehouse or elevator (own or foreign), from the elevator to the warehouse (port or storage place), from warehouse or current of the company after the previous road to the elevator, transportation of parts between warehouses or from warehouse to field.

The mobile application forms an electronic TNT with QR codes (the carrier prints its paper copy on a portable thermal printer). E-TNT data is automatically received at the desk of the expert of the department of GPS monitoring and in subsystem 1C on the desktop of the vagal. On the elevator, having scanned QR-codes on the TNT driver, the vagal makes additional data, and after passing TNT stages “Laboratory”, “Gross”, “Tara”, “Net” closes the document. And this is actually only the first release of the product.

“Based on optimal harvest times, current and electronic logistics plan, the system will determine the planned need for its own and the most important transport, calculate optimal routes and daily quotas for the receipt of goods at elevators,” noted Natalia Bogacheva.
